"Always have excellent service when I shop here! Wanted to especially note that today I went in to the store to buy soccer socks for some of my ELL students who play on a soccer team. In conversation with the manager who checked me out, I mentioned I was buying the socks for my students. I took out my credit card to pay and he said, “They’re on the house. This is to help you with your students.” I was so touched. I didn’t expect that at all. Thank you, Play It Again Sports!"

"DO NOT SELL YOUR USED EQUIPMENT HERE! The policy is apparently to find the cheapest look alije being advertised on ebay, then claim they'll sell it for half of that price, so they can only pay you a third of what "they'd" sell it for. For example, a 200$ to 300$ pair of ice skates, would be sold for 80$, so they could only buy them for 20$. If that's true, they aren't just ripping off customers, they're ripping themselves off too. Even if you can show them the exact item on ebay for a more reasonable price, "their hands are tied." What a joke."
